Madison (“Madi”) Ingraham is a Power Platform Developer who joined RoseCap in 2025, bringing with her a deep expertise in data analytics, reporting, and process automation. Prior to joining RoseCap, Madi served as a Business Intelligence Analyst at informXL, where she worked with builder clients across the U.S. and Canada to develop data dashboards, automate workflows, and deliver key business insights through customized reporting tools and applications.

Originally from Idaho and now based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Madi holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of Idaho. Her career path took a sharp and intentional turn toward technology after completing a full-stack software development program at BoiseCodeWorks, where she mastered tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and more. Madi’s analytical mindset and communication skills have consistently helped clients improve operational efficiency—saving time, optimizing decision-making, and generating significant business value.

Outside of work, Madi enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, exploring new technologies, and spending time in the Arizona sun. Her drive to learn and deliver results makes her a valuable asset to the RoseCap team.
